Who is your clothing line geared towards?
Caldwell Collection is geared towards women of all ages who are looking for stylish clothing in a specific color to wear to a sports event, mixer, social, or any other team event, really. Women sports fans, players mothers, wives, girlfriends, professors, and of course – our girls who need a cute ‘fit to stunt on everyone at homecoming! You name it!
All jokes aside, when we think about women’s fashion for #GameDay, we really feel women are severely underserved and we hope to solve that problem. Usually women are forced to wear a boxy t-shirt, logoed sweatshirt, or other unflattering options (that were probably designed for men) due to the unavailability of stylish clothing in their team color. Not anymore! Our line gives women the ability to support their team in style. We’ve got such a wide range of styles to choose from, some are even work appropriate if you ever want to rep your school at work.
Outside of sports, our line is ideal for women apart of social organizations, sororities or other groups where they find pride in wearing their organizations’ color at different events and programs.
We hope that whether you are in college, a young professional, or a mature alumna – you will find pieces in our collection that you’re able to rock with confidence as your cheer on your team or attend events.
Will you have more colors?
This is probably our most asked question and the answer is; YES, ABSOLUTELY! We are actually already working on putting together lines for other team colors! Make sure to head to our website and sign-up for our newsletter so you can stay in the loop about when your teams’ colors will launch. I’ll give you a teaser, it’s probably sooner than you think ;)
Our first Sky Blue collection is super special to us because my entire family went to University of North Carolina – Go Heels! My dad and brother played football, and my mom and I were cheerleaders; so, we are the biggest Tar Heels! That being said, there are so many other awesome teams that rep light blue, like: Spellman, Columbia, Delaware State, Rhode Island, UCLA, The Citadel, Livingstone, Maine, and the Tennessee Titans – just to name a few! Make sure to tell all of your friends who need light blue, that we’ve got them covered!
Would you consider mommy & me clothing?
OMG, YES. We would totally consider this! Given we are a mother daughter duo, we would love to provide matching clothing to mothers and daughters. The bond between mothers and daughters is so special (even through the teenage years, right mom?).
Right now, we only have women’s clothing, but hope to one day feature both men’s and children’s designs.
Will you have any petite sizes and plus sizes?
We will have sizes XS – XL, and sizes 2 – 18 in certain styles. We hope to carry size ranges for both our curvy and petite girls in the future.
What’s your price range?
Our price range is $78 - $298. We really have something for everyone! We are a luxury brand, with most of our styles designed and manufactured in the US, which is extremely costly, but we really wanted to give our customers an honest price that isn’t severely marked up.
That’s also the reason we decided to go the pre-sale route. This allows us to manufacture the right styles and keep our costs down so we can sell to our #CCSociety at a great price.
If you had to choose, what’s your favorite piece from the collection?
If I had to choose, my favorite piece from the collection would be our Pauline Blazer. It’s very classy and sophisticated but can be styled so many different ways! It's also named after my Grandmother, Pauline, who, with her sister, Isabella, paved the way for our family in fashion by owning and operating their own bridal and formalwear business. I love the gold button details and how tailored the jacket is. I would and will personally style the Pauline with ripped denim shorts, a white bodysuit and a cute pair of white mules!
Another favorite is our Lauren Vegan Leather Jacket! Obviously, I love it because it’s named after me, but it’s also the reason we started our line! Almost 10 years ago, my mom and I were headed to a bowl game and we were in search of a light blue leather jacket and could not find one for the life of us! The team we were playing had orange as their team color and we saw a woman at the game with an orange leather jacket on?! After that we were like OKAY, we HAVE to design a women’s fashion line all in light blue and have a leather jacket.
Which brings me to an important point! We are actually having two drops of our Sky Blue Collection. The first is coming Wednesday, April 15th and will have our warmer weather options – tanks, dresses, skirts, etc. In the next month or so, we’ll have our second drop which will include our Lauren Vegan Leather Jacket and some other colder weather options! We have you covered for all sports seasons.
